Here Is The ERTC AUTOMATIC Process And Timeline:

Day 1 – Post Client Interview:

  • Client receives our internal eligibility questionnaire form.

Days 2 through 5:

  • Documentation collection calls for 941s, quarterly payroll summaries, PPP Forgiveness verifications, 8821.
  • Client receives 3rd Party Eligibility company’s preliminary questionnaire
  • 3rd Party Eligibility Interview.
  • Documents are processed into accounting and 941X forms are generated.

Day 5 – 10: Client Calculations and Validation

  • Clients ERTC results for IRS refund and Non-Refundable Social Security and Medicare are received.
  • Client’s 2nd call for results is scheduled and reviewed with client.
  • If the client agrees to services, our engagement agreement is sent with additional Eligibility questionnaire attached.
  • 1.5% Accounting and administration fee is paid by the client and deducted from our success fee due upon receipt of refund.
  • Signature pages and copies of the completed 941x forms are sent to the client.
  • Executed signature pages are returned and the completed 941x are packaged and overnighted to the IRS.
  • Indemnification Underwriting.

Days 10 – 60: IRS Submission and Assignment

  • The client file is in the IRS system and the client is informed that we will have little follow up until IRS verifies that they have uploaded docs and assigned a reviewer.

Days 60 – 365+: IRS Process and Distribution

  • We make daily IRS calls for status reports to our clients. Typically, once every 2 weeks per file. IRS validates that the return is complete and client refund letters are being sent. The client is notified to copy the letters and deliver them to our provisioning department.
  • Clients’ checks are delivered, we get copies and issue an invoice due in 5 business days per our engagement agreement.
